Unlimited Remote Support Contract
Upon the recommendation of many of our customers, we are offering and implementing an
advice and remote support maintenance contract.
I have found that a growing number of customers want either advice or a more immediate remote fix -
which allows us to securely zip around fixing your machine while you watch and as over 80% of all
software problems can be repaired remotely is seems that this service is long overdue and eagerly
awaited.
The cost of this service will be a very competitive £ 9.99 per month or £ 100 on an annual basis with a
minimum 1 year contract. If you have more than one computer it will be £12.99 per month or £130 per
year - which is great value given the support that is on offer.
If it transpires that it is not possible to remotely fix your computer, the charge would have been £50,
however if you are on the support contract with us then a 20% discount will be applied bringing the fee
down to £40 per visit, with an added no fix no fee bonus.
This service will also include a remote health check at the end of the year which will comprise of the
following:
- Full virus and Malware scan and removal.
- Full Defragmentation
- Check windows, office and anti- virus are all up to date.
- Uninstall unwanted software to be discussed with client.
All of the above, as well as an unlimited advice and support line, will ensure the smooth running of your
machine and the longevity of its functions for the best possible price.
